is the title of this week's sermon. In Philippians, chapter 4, Paul writes: "Be anxious about nothing." Sounds simple. But those of us who are prone to worry and fret find Paul's words challenging. However, Paul follows up his words with some thoughts about how a person might deal with their anxiety. What if we took Paul seriously and followed his advice.
