go to Bethlehem
and there enfold
my Savior
in the manger
of my faith

go to dark Gethsemane
and Calvary's mournful
mountain climb
and share in
His sufferings
for my transgressions

go to the garden
see the empty tomb
and through faith
in my resurrected
and ascended Lord
rise above
my passing trial

win the victory
through Christ
